We collect only what's necessary to deliver the service: your email address and/or phone number, and the date you subscribed. We do not collect names, payment information, or any other personal data.
Your contact information is used solely to send you the Daily Stoic Meditation. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party.
We use Supabase to store subscriber data, Twilio to deliver SMS messages, and Gmail to deliver email messages. Each is bound by their own privacy policies.
We retain your contact information for as long as you are subscribed. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us or unsubscribing.
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by replying STOP to any SMS. Your data will be marked inactive immediately.
